Rita Ora premieres official video for ‘I Will Never Let You Down’ – and it’s good.

Rita Ora has finally premiered the eagerly anticipated official video for her brand new song, and surprisingly – it’s actually really, really, really good. However, if you’re one of those people that hate having songs constantly stuck in your head, then I’d suggest that you look away, right now…

I Will Never Let You Down‘ is the Roc Nation signee’s first single from her sophomore album, which rumoured to arrive later this year. Produced by none other than resident DJ Calvin Harris (behind smashes such as Rihanna‘s ‘We Found Love’, the song tells the story of never letting your significant other down, not surprising really, as that is what the name of the song suggests, “When you say you’ve had enough, and you might just give it up, I will never let you down,” Rita sings. If that wasn’t cute enough, Rita and Calvin are currently rumoured to be dating each other, which makes the whole scenario pretty perfect indeed.

Taking to Twitter to premiere the video for the track, Rita wrote, “Ritabots the#IWILLNEVERLETYOUDOWN video is on @Vevo!! Watch it here!” before spreading the link, with many fans describing the song as “perfect”, Rita herself celebrated the premiere of track by joining her dedicated fans in London’s Leicester Square for an impromptu party on Friday morning, releasing Maroon coloured balloons with her name on into the sky to signify the launch of the new era.

The accompanying video for the track features the 23-year-old attempting some stellar choreography and playing dress up with a whole host of fancy outfits and designer brands, in what look likes the sunny backdrop of Los Angeles. I’m guessing she took a couple of dancing tips from Beyoncé for that one, but who can blame her? I’d totally do the same. The main point is, the song is extremely catchy, and like I mentioned before, I can’t seem to get it out of my head no matter how hard I try. It’s upbeat and instantly reminds me of summer, and is a track that should definitely be on every feel-good playlist.

If this is what we can expect from Rita’s forthcoming album then I’ll almost certainly be checking it out as soon as it drops, but whilst we wait, why not check out the video for ‘I Will Never Let You Down’ below.
